Features of water truck
1. the water tanker is equipped with front sprinklers, rear sprinklers and side sprinklers. So it can spray water in every direction.

The water truck is widely usded to spray water pavements, trees, green belts, lawns, guardrails high-rises, and more. It can be used to spray agricultural chemicals.

How to maintain water truck?
a. According to the coating requirements, before using, the water truck should be filled with water and let it been for 5 days, then bleeded. After that water wash the coating surface, then washing again, filled with water for 2 days, let out the water, now it could take in water.
b. We should regularly check the waterway system connectors, switch, and the sealing of the sucking rubber pipes, such as when leaking, we need to replace the seal elements.
c. We should regularly check the stability of the tanker, pump frame, stand. All nuts should be tightened to make sure the connectors securely.
d. We should regularly check the connecting of PTO and water pump, it should connecting stably, normal operating. If find the PTO and water pump leak oil, seal elements should be replaced.
e. Because there is no anti-freezing devices of the water tanker truck, so when it using below 0℃ in cold area, the backwater of the water pump, water tanker and waterway system should be drained off. And please switch the water pump and nut draining, making sure they are sealed, otherwise influence the pump sucking water.
f. The painting of the water truck should not spot diesel and gasoline, otherwise it fastening the painting damage. regularly check the tanker paint’s quality, when it damaged, painting again, avoiding the tanker rust.
g. The using and maintains of the truck chassis and engine part, please see the cargo truck using instruction book.
h. The medium through the ball valve shouldn’t be too dirty, otherwise it will hurt the seal ring, shorten the lifetime of ball valve. Every ball valve couldn’t work at half-open state, then the seal ring will be easily deformed.
i. Regularly take apart the pump filter network., avoiding residues block the filter network., affecting the quality.
j. When the water tanker filed with water, we must tighten the U shape bolt regularly, especially the new water truck.
